Arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oil-based products. Avoid caffeine right before your visit, as it can make application more difficult. If you wear contact lenses, feel free to bring a case.

Aftercare

Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24 to 48 hours. Cleanse your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser once fully set, and avoid oil-based skincare near the eye area. Brush gently each morning.

How to clean your extensions

Use a foam-tipped applicator or soft brush with a lash-safe, oil-free cleanser. Cleanse gently in downward strokes, rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry — never rub.

When to book a refill

Most clients return every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on natural lash cycle and daily habits. Waiting longer than recommended may affect the health of your natural lashes.

Signs you should book a professional removal

If you notice significant lash shedding, irritation, or extensions growing out unevenly, schedule a professional removal rather than removing them yourself.
